Terms of Trade

• Orders must be pre-paid via PayPal,  EFT or Credit Card.
• All Mattresses have a 60day comfort exchange.
• Retailers who want to purchase at wholesale prices must establish an account prior to supply and must supply a personal guarantee and additional information other than requested 'online'. Future orders may be placed on account once approved.
• To make application for a credit account you must phone or email for an application form, which will be accompanied with a full 'terms of trade' information sheet..
• Account holders will not have full title to goods until total payment (of clear funds) is received. 
• We reserve the right to reclaim unpaid goods (in the original packing and condition they were received) if not paid within agreed trading terms.
